The Noble Bee

The Noble Bee are passionate about bees and the conservation of their beautiful, local countryside.  They produce exceptional quality, delicious, award-winning, single origin, raw, New Forest Wildflower Honey from specially located apiaries in wild areas and dedicated nature reserves. 

Caring for the bees, is at the heart of everything Simon Noble and his team do at the Noble Bee.  They consider looking after the bees to be a responsibility and do so in a way that is harmonious with the natural behaviour of the bees.  They only take honey that is excess to the bees needs, and make sure they have more than enough honey stored in the hive to see them through the longest of winters. Each hive is treated with special attention and care.

Simon was awarded the much coveted "Three Star" Great Taste Award for their New Forest Wildflower Honey. They were the only British honey producer to receive this rare accolade.

We are also delighted to stock their superb quality, beautiful candles, made using their beeswax from their workshop in The New Forest.
