Founded in 2012 by Charlie Gardner, inspired by his passion for healthy and good tasting quality products.  The popularity of Charlie’s products has grown and grown, enabling the team to expand their selection further, creating various infused oils and bringing on board the delicious ‘Just Dollop’ mayonnaises.

Charlie and his team work tirelessly to ensure every step, from field to production is meticulously done with care and every bottle/jar is individually made with love to the highest standard, reaching the customer in nothing less than top quality condition.

The Hampshire rapeseed oils lend themselves perfectly to all areas of cooking. It has a high smoke point which makes it ideal for high temperature cooking such as frying and roasting. It also tastes great as a dipping oil with a splash of balsamic or as a dressing for salads.
